It essentially a marketing video, but Microsoft obviously believes that what this video shows will indeed be possible by 2019. I'm generally pretty optimistic about this sort of thing, and as Brad and Shane said in the podcast, judging by where we were technologically ten years ago, it certainly seems as if, assuming that we continue are ever-accelerating progress in this field, that what the video shows will become true in a similar time-frame. I am however a little skeptical that these technologies will be in our every-day lives in ten years time. Such products may well exist, but I think that by 2019 they will still either be prototypes or too expensive for the average person to afford.
