Another Fishing Question

What is the best way to train fishing in f2p? Do I lure fish trout and salmon and drop/trade or do I do something like caging lobsters or harpooning swords and tuna? Or do I do a combination? Thoughts please?

do lure fishing in barb ville but id cook and bank the fish.
what i would do is get the fish, go east and cook in gertrudes house, bank in v west, and repeat.

Why not do that in Edgeville? That seems closer for cooking and banking.

No it's not that fast, I tested this out with 75 fishing and to cook all the fish and cook them on the spot and drop them or bank them, I got around 25k xp in a hour

so really there is no good fishing places in f2p so become a member

Fly fishing is definitly fastest xp. I would bank them in edgeville bank cause it is close and I know you are trying to train cooking too.

Na. I can do that by cooking zillions of trout. ](*,)

It seems very slow to fly fish at Barbarian Village, but I think I'll stick with that way. :wink:

There are three good spots to fish in F2P. Barbarian Village fly fishing spot dropping the fish as you catch them. The fly fishing spot by the lumbridge castle, you drop as you catch them as well and fishing lobsters at Karajma. You sell the lobsters at the general store so you make a profit from them.

the fastest is fishing trout and salmon but the more profitable is lobster fishing (takes alot more time though

).

I have not read any of the posts on this thread but as an "expert" fisher, I would say fly fish trout and salmon. That is the best way to get fishing experience. If you are purely looking for money, then do lobsters and swordfish. Fly fishing requires feathers so start killing those chickens! Unless, you can afford to buy tons of feathers.
