Okay, so does everyone edit the date into their report abuse button, or is there some magic option I am missing?

I have no idea, but the logout button is the swiftkit logo, which is by Jagex's viewpoint, editing their game client...I suggest you don't use Swiftkit.
Only does it for screenshots, those aren't actually in the client.
