Not sure what amateur designer at Jagex thinks it's a good idea to throw artificial difficulty into quests. Forcing players to depend on shoddy servers for dodging is just poor.

Is bandos worth buying if I'm just using warpriest now (for melee armor)? Everything is weird with all this fancy level tier armor shenanigans now.
