XP doesn't burn as much memory and actually lets you do stuff. Vista is like trying to get a dog to play poker... 7 is like XP and Vista interbred and upgraded.
I'm with ya man. Still on XP after all these years, even with a really high end gaming PC. But tbh, Windows 7 is probably the best thing to ever come out of microsoft. I'm getting it asap lol.
