when i tried to download a song from itunes i got the error code -9808 so i went to apples website and entered the error code and it told me to select the 2 things in internet options and they were

i went to the security tab and that option wasnt there
just started working again

This is because iTunes is a shitty program and you should never use it.
i think the main reason is just apple not itunes
iTunes sucks. They blacklist any type of mp3 player that isnt made by apple. Palm keeps releasing hacks so you can use the pre with itunes... then apple makes an update that blocks it again.
This is what you get for trying to pay for music.
