there is like a drop shadow on everything on my computer even on firefox and rs. how2fix?

Um. Did you install anything or change anything right before it happened? When did it happen? How long has it been like this?
went to sleep, woke up, saw this. no one was on the computer when it happened.
I'm fairly sure it's something to do with your GPU/monitor. Try swapping the monitor cable- it sounds a long shot, but I had a similar problem too and it turned out it was a bad cable.
