Yes you can, your computer just sucks for some reason. I'm running 7 Ultimate and see the option, you might have to screw with some view settings or something.
Was running Ultimate RC the other day, installed final copy of Home Premium and still don't have the option.
Well as I said, try hunting around in options, as I see it by default.
