Huzzah, ban the rulebreakers. Not that anybody would have any problems with this as you wouldn't be foolish enough to just go and mod and then get banned.
plus, they're going after the pirates.
Well that's the only reason they bother. If people never pirated, they wouldn't care if they just ran old game emulators or had a custom firmware with random customisations.
Pirates..... Ninjas are way Cooler!
