So if everything is x10, is the formula for combat xp still x4? So the exp I would get for hitting a 200 (previously a 20) would be 800?

Just did a little experiment. I pick pocketed guards from 40-41 thieving and made a comparison of how often I succeeded to how often I failed. Turns out the chances of success are exactly 50/50.
