I think its thumb sticks would make storing it very awkward. It would break in your backpack. I'd also be concerned about it sounding like an airplane (unless the i7 in it is undervolted and underclocked to an extreme). Also, someone can run BF3 on a 8800 GT at high settings just by disabling Physx. I doubt this thing will push past high settings in any way. The only thing that would make this worthwhile is if it had extremely optimized video drivers, designed for the GPU that it would come with and would use very little power. The 6xxx HD series was far worse than the 5xxx HD series at release because the 5xxx HD drivers were more mature. As more driver updates occur, my 6850 becomes a better and better deal. It was way worse than a 5850 this time last year, now its on par or better, for almost half the price. If the driver optimization was like this out of the box, they could get next gen performance from low footprint this gen hardware. Also, it would be interesting to see a chopped down windows OS installed on an SSD that is designed purely for running games, and then has a secondary HDD for storing games and holding a second windows OS version that is optimized for touch (meaning win8).
Also, I'd assume I'd be able to make/buy a stand for this and plug in a keyboard and mouse for better control if I'm at a desk and not on a bus (the thumb sticks really shine when you can tweak the sensitivity so that you can have fun in a game during a bus ride on public transportation).
