Yeah I got that other Batman game when I bought a graphics card 2 years ago, seems like NVidia has a deal with them.

I hate when game promotions with products come AFTER I've already gotten that specific new part already. Can't I just get a free game anyway?

Yeah, Batman is one of the games that relies on PhysX from Nvidia, so no surprise they're doing this. Basically the same thing that AMD did with Dirt3 - give away a game and show off what your hardware is capable of.
