Yes, it would. Over where i am, it's illegal to have any kind of firearm (projectile expelling...etc airsoft), unless you have a purpose and a license. And it also has to be shot at a range or, in the country.
The only difference is how the pellets are fired. These idiots are modifying the bullets holding position and how its fired. Wannabees, plain and simple. They dont have the money to buy a real gun, so they do this instead. If they actually went up to a company and showed them how they did do it, The company should hire them so they can give ideas on how to modify them so this cant happen. did i also mention that they are breaking the law as well
