Uh...NO I WILL NOT MAKE OUT WITH YOU!!! I think that's what he's asking. xD

Perhaps he means we should be conducting strikes against the air we breath on earth. Air doesn't treat us right, and we should conduct a strike against it.

Or it could be like wrong chat or wrong person in-game. :P

But honestly, I have no clue what this is. It's like an incomplete sentence.
