The Man Quiz

Here is my 'application' for a role as entertainer. Remember to keep track of your answer choices if you want to find out how much of a man you are :p

1. You go to your local sports bar and decide to order:
a) The starter salad with honey vinaigrette dressing, the salmon filet, and a scrumptious chocolate cake.
b) The Philly Cheesesteak with a side of mozzarella sticks.
c) The 27 lb. Hamburger. You devour it. And spend the next several weeks experiencing a feeling similar to that of if a medium-sized colony of ants decided that your stomach would be a nice place to shack up.

2. You walk into your bedroom and notice your wife is having an affair with another man. You

c) Change your britches, make a few idle remarks about the weather, and walk away.

3. It’s movie night. You decide to

4. You feel bored and decide that you want to play a board game. So you

5. You are watching the hit Fox television show 24. This means that
a) You’re watching the Sunday primetime premier with your wife.
b) You’re enjoying the latest episode via the Internet because you missed the showing on television because you were walking your dog. Which happens to be a poodle.
c) You are currently watching Episode 17 of Season 4. You have spent the past 16 hours watching the past 16 episodes, and will be spending the next 7 hours watching the next 7 episodes.

6. You have just gained 67 dollars and 12 cents. This is because you have just
a) Gotten of your shift at the local street corner, where you informed thousands of people of where they can buy homes for fewer than $200k.
b) Convinced several unsuspecting bystanders to donate to your fortuitous cause: zip-lining in Costa Rica.
c) Procured several rather large piles of nickels from underneath your sofa cushions. You also procure the remnants of pretty much everything you’ve eaten in the past 2 months.

7. Why do you get up in the morning?
a) Your loving wife, beautiful kids, fancy new car, and the sonorous tune of birds making music.
b) You don’t. Life, to be frank, sucks. Your kids are all rebellious, your wife hates you, and your boss doesn’t hate you, mainly because you don’t have a job.
c) The urge to pee.

8. You take a shower every

b) Tuesday and Thursday.
c) January 17th.

9. Your local church is hosting a marriage conference. Your wife begs you to go along with her so you
a) Decide to go along, seeing as how it can only help to improve upon your already perfect marriage.
b) Decide to go, but only after making several assertions regarding marriage conferences, including that you hate them more than almost everything else in the world, including getting repetitively stabbed with needles.
c) Decide to go along, but three minutes into the conference you claim that nature has beckoned you to the bathroom, where you spend the next 3 hours watching the game on your iGadget.

In order to be a man, you need to have achieved a score of 11. You receive one point for every time you chose the letter “C.” You are automatically disqualified if you chose letter A for #10 (Really, you know the square route of pi. Really?), and you receive 3 bonus points for choosing B on question #9.

B isn't worth anything. It's a lesson in ultimatums.



Haha yeah it is pi day. Yeah, I was trying to play on male sterotypes, specifically of them being stupid and lazy. Good luck on your Saw III reenactment : )

And oh yeah, 6B is an inside joke. Basically, people at my school raise money for their trip to Costa Rica in the summer. They pitch it as a missions trip. Where they do missions. For 2 days. And then they go on to spending the next 6 days doing things such as white-water rafting and zip-lining.

Nothing wrong with that as long as they got some good done. Ya gotsta have fun whiles ya's down there and enjoy it while you can.
