Do you need to be a member to have a skillcape?

If you lose a Skillcape (repotedly death or destroyed), you will need a get another cape and hood for 99k even a skillcape trim. Skillcape Trim has a Prayer bonus, with the normal Skillcape doesn't have a prayer bonus

What do you mean by "even a skillcape trim" you are correct in the trimming has a prayer bonus, where the untrimmed does not.

You need to be a member to get a skillcape and wear it, but you can wear it in F2P areas and do the emote. But like others have said, a 99 is a 99, just getting there, and in F2P, is an achievement in itself.

Do all the quests and any others that come along to keep it. That's pretty much all there is to it. Might have to do some leveling for harder quests, but other than that, you should be all set. Get Questiing!

I can't understand what you said.
You can't get a quest cape unless you have all Quest points and all quests completed.

Thats total of 299 Quest Points for today. If I have 299 Quest Points, I can now buy a Quest Cape and Hood for 99k from Wise Old Man in the Draynor Village.
