Non-member money

Im losing money, how should I make money as a f2p. I have been doing yews and raw lobbies. Is there something better? What did you do? Please help me because I want to get members really soon and I want to get off to a good start.
So my questions are

1 The question about f2p money

2 How do I get back off to a good start when I get members?

Some things...
1. Superheat addy+ is pretty good
2. Mine iron,coal,mith,addy,runite...
those two are the best things to do and also as you said fishing and wcing is also ways to make some money.

make steel bars great money.
when you get mem it's easier to make money so..maybe that would work.

Do you need smithing to superheat addy?

Yes in order to superheat you need to have the required smithing level. For F2P is mining and smithing a pretty profitable way to gain cash.

Get 30 smithing so you can smith steel bars. That'll make a nice amount of money. Runecrafting air runes will also reward your hard work as soon as you get your levels up.

Not because I have the cape, but I would advise raising your Runecrafting level. It doesn't have to be to 91 either. At level 59 you can make more money per hour crafting double cosmics than cutting mages with level 99 woodcutting. I'll let you be the judge of that though. I'm just putting forth some information for you.

Yep, cosmics are in Zanaris making them members only.

As for making money in free-to-play I'll suggest the classics:
-Cut Yew Trees, the best place to do this in a ftp would be behind Varrock Castle, there are three trees here. Just get a full inventory of logs and then bank at the GE.

-Mine coal in the Mining guild, level 60 mining require, basically the same as yew logs, get a full inventory and then bank.

-Kill Hill Giants for big bones. Basically here you just go to the edgeville dungeon and get a full inventory of big bones. Other notable drops to pick up are limpwurts.

My suggestion is to play The Great Orb Project and cash in the tokens for pure essence once you become a member. Look on the Runescape Forums for a 50/50 world, this should earn you around 1100 tokens an hour. 1 token can buy you 1 pure essence (around 200k gp per hour)

personnaly i think either yews of the great orb project are the best. but i also hear that ankous are decent money, but im not sure if theyre profitable in f2p. theyre also good exp. i hear cockroach warriors are the same deal, just easier.

They are, I was just giving him a heads up. He said he planned on getting members, so I didn't want him to work on his wc to get to 75 expecting crazy fast profit off mages once he is p2p. I've observed that that's somewhat of a common goal of f2p'ers. As power said, mining coal in the guild is pretty decent money for f2p.

You might as well mine iron ore. IT's currently 175gp each so lots of profit for a little work.

That's a good way too! I remember having 5k tokens the week it came out and I just decided to cash in a few weeks ago. Got me 5k pure essence so like free 1m. Not much requirements are needed, so its a profitable minigame.

yah this is a good way... For f2pers use water talis this way. My friend currently has 1.1mil of gop tokens(pure f2p) if he were to buy water talis right now he could make are 140mil.
