Just try browsing around on the Account Management page. There has to be a way to change it. I don't see why there wouldn't be. Try recovery questions or e-mail preferences.

Already did that. The person didn't really do anything besides unequip some stuff. I wish I knew who did set the email though.

Isn't there like an option to change the email? Like maybe the login screen, under where it says the set email?

Yes there is. But in order to do that, you need to know the e-mail that was set.

Let's say you do change something in e-mail preferences. It says on the site that a confirmation code will be sent to the e-mail adress. (in this case you dont know it). Then, you will have to re-enter the confirmation code on the runescape site for the changes to be applied.

 Whoever did this is very smart and knows their way around the game.

As for ever recovering the original email. Jagex won't allow you to do that. Reason being is that, if you know someone's e-mail adress. and they play runescape as well, it would aide you in being that much closer to recovering a persons account.

Cheers, dafin0

I don't think that's right because what if you change ISPs and you lose your email address? What happens then?

most people nowadays i would think would have a gmail or yahoo mail that never changes when you change isp's... after going through 3 isp's myself i just made a permanent email at google.

as for your problem. somehow get the attention of jagex maybe on rs forums. Gl and yea that WAS very evil
