no not really. if i am watching an educational show it's because i wanted to watch it.

that said... when my cousins were 1-2 and were watching teletubbies.... i could care less of what was going on and retained no mental picture of it other than "it's carrying a purse and nazis want to ban it cuz it made it look ***"
