YES!!!! It is 100% worth it I made about 200m net profits getting 99 and it is soo much fun!

If you know you are getting 91 for sure, the most efficient way to do it is to go to the ZMI altar from 75-91. If you just want to do it for a while to make money, I will recommend:
44-54: Natures via abyss 54-59: Laws via balloon 59-65: 2x Cosmics via abyss 65-82: Deaths via abyss 82-91: 2x Astrals via Moonclan teleport 91+: 2x Natures via Spirit Graahk.
I did this method until around level 85, as I wasn't aware of the ZMI method, then I did ZMI from 85-91, and I have been making 2x natures since.
It's a long journey but if you set your mind to it, and focus on your goal, you will succeed.
