um tons of people joined rsbandb
they changed runewire a bit
theres hd runescape now

thats all i can think of

Hmm in runescape.

They improved the graphics a lot
They killed and brought back pking.
They came out with summoning,con,hunter.(I do not know when these came out exactly)
They added the dragon platebody and godswords.(Not sure when gs came out)

That is all I can think of.

Lots of new quests (pretty easy ones, just takes a while)
Added achievement diaries
Added dragon full helm
Added dragonfire shield <- don't know if this was out yet before
Dragon bones rose to 2.2k each
Added grand exchange & trade limit
Soul Wars minigame which you can get MASS combat xp if you nolife

Mmmhmm that's all I can think of right now.

In RSBANDB: More members.

All kinds of stuff is new, but the graphics are a huge thing.

When I came back to Runescape in late March, I found that browsing through the Runescape News Archive was helpful in getting me back on my feet.
