Something I noticed

I don't know why this bothers me,, and it seems like a dumb question, but why do needles stack? Why would you ever need more than 1 needle? As far as I know, needles don't break or get lost. I'm just wondering why Jagex allows needles to stack. Thoughts?

Guess they thought needles were so small when they made the game. After all, a bunch of needles doesn't take up nearly as much space as a twohand sword.

The stack so when you want to quit runescape you can buy 50m needles and then put them into the party room.

I don't understand your picture.

I think they were originally going to make it so they broke, but then it didn't happen, they were left stackable.

I think they were originally going to make it so they broke, but then it didn't happen, they were left stackable.

the picture is of someone tradeing a party hat for 1million coins + 3 needles (hard to see cause so thin) but it looks like 10million cause the digits of the how many needles are left justified. so it looks like 10,xxx,xx3 gp

yeah i do not see it either but do you know what he means by the needle scam
and plus they stack cause no one wants them so why fill up your invent with needles?

i bought tons of needles for 2 gp each in ge and i put in offer when i quit a while ago and offer still isnt complete

No I don't really get the needle scam, and does it only work in RSC?

Hmm. I have about 100 needles in my bank. But I only use one. I agree that you only need one of them. They are just like chisels. Chisels dont stack. Neither should needles.

P.S. Maybe someone could message jagex in relation to this??

No people would do it in runescape 2
this is how the scam goes
someone puts up an item and i put up 1m
but before they accepted i would switch the 1m to 100k and add some items (like needles)
they get confuse about the needles but would not notice i switched the money and they would accept
