Meh, I have learned just to not say anything that I think might have the slightest chance of getting me muted, anywhere or to anyone. You can't trust anyone on the interwebz

He was advertising it with a URL so I am pretty sure you aren't allowed to do that even if we are a recognized fansite.

Telling somebody the link isn't necessarily advertising. Repeatedly spamming the link in order to attract people in game to use the site is advertising. From the context of the evidence posted, that's not advertising...

That's not true. Saying any link even once is against their rules. For example, one could say "Rsbandb rocks" but they can't say "Rsbandb.com rocks".

Even once is advertising. Refrain from saying whole links, or you might get muted, or worse.

Obviously, In the rules it states that you can't advertise for fansites or anything that isn't made by JaGeX. Therefore, Runescape.com and Funorb.com is allowed.

Personally I think just saying a name is good enough nowadays since you can always just put it into google.

Yes and no. You can say Runescape and Funorb, but you still cannot put www or .com on either end. I just checked and all that shows up is Runescape.*** or Funorb.***. Jagex is the same way. So indeed you can say them, but you can never put .com on the end of anything still.

Its the best thing you can say for the appeal... I don't see any other way that it can be argued to remove the blackmarks...
