yes that is a real law (that you cant honk your horn on a highway) but it was set back in the 1800's and never removed
Doubt that, the first "cars" on the roads in the states were the 1860s era steampowered coaches and I don't think they had horns.
Shane took all of the ones that I knew already, and I few I'd never heard of but I looked around for some weird bylaws and I found a few. A couple of them seem too crazy to be true though. :S
