Took me a little while to figure out (XD) but I believe he's referring to slayer masters - Vannaka in Edgeville dungeon, and Chaeldar in Zanaris (where the cosmic altar is located).

As you appear to be combat level 79 you could use Chaeldar, but she assigns slightly harder tasks than Vannaka, such as bronze and blue dragons. I think she would be worth using if you don't mind going to Zanaris every time you need a new task.

Do some quests to unlock key items and content. I suggest completing as much as you can of recipe for disaster, family crest and the fremennik isles if you can manage it. There are probably a lot more important ones, but I forget which. Also, don't forget the Christmas event .

Shoot for the stars and go for a 99 skill. I won't judge you if it is fletching :p. Or maybe do some of the members quests. I recommend the Underground pass series.

Anyways, when I was that lvl I used the slaer master under edgeville.

It depends on what the rest of your stats are.

I strongly recommend getting all 70+ or at least 60+, so you can be somewhat self sufficient.

If you are more combat prone, go for some Slayer.

Money is very important, so if you haven't already, do the quest Kingdom of Miscellenia and Royal Trouble so you can get lots from it. Herb running, battlestaffs (do as much of Varrock Diary as you can) are also good money makers.

yeah get cash first, then buy some good weps & armour then train slayer.
