if you were playing during RSC, besides varrock draynor was the second biggest hub for trading and dueling for members. mostly because of one thing and one thing only.

we needed certificates and we had to exchange them one by one.

well see personally i saw that as a way for jagex to compensate for the lack of good updates around that time. like there were a few conspiracy theory's about that old man im sure.
but since the later updates i think that nobody could be bothered about him anymore. i say he should hack zezima it'd be funny. :lol:
