Going to train defence at Bandits

I am going to train defense at bandits using prayer.
So, what is the best set up for prayer bonus and str bonus?

When I used Prayer I had:

Helm of Neitiznot
Proselyte Platebody
Proseltye Plateskirt
Amulet of Fury
Fishing Cape(t)
Unholy Book
Bandos Boots(I had them at the time) They offered a prayer bonus.
Barrows Gloves

I stopped using Prayer as it was rather expensive for me.

Hmm yes, id do the above setup, but with a berzerker helm instead.

It Depends for me. If i am doing Prayer then i go

guthix prayer hat (i forget what it's called)
saradomin stole
Obsidion Cape
Whip
Proselyte Platebody
Proseltye Platelegs
Unholy Book
White gloves
White Boots (the white knight boots)
ring of life.

I get like +41 prayer bonus.

When i do non prayer, i have the

helm of Neitiznot (e)
Obsidion capr
Fury
Whip
rune plate body
saradomin skirt
dragon sq sheild
Barrows gloves
Dragon boots
ring of life.

They both offer +3 Strength bonus.

yera I don't get why more people don't use them and the warriors helm... yea what alex said should be the best I use guthans as its cheaper.

Or sell noted food to the general store and buy back. That'd be cheaper than Guthan's and prayer.

I'm not going to be much help with this, but if you are going to be using prayer, go for the best prayer bonus/prayer and attack combination. ie. Wear robes over barrows armour.

You probably know that but there are so many people I see who will wear like Torags with protect melee when training on something that only uses melee...
