What's the recommended range level if you want to range the jungle demon at the end?

like 40-50, it is not to terribly hard.

Depends if you have 37 prayer or not.

If you do, 40+ is fine.

If not then at least 50.

It's not hard as long as you have prayer.

As long as you can protect from Range, you're all set. I think I was around 60 Range when I did it, and I never got hit once by the boss. Using Mithril arrows too, nothing too expensive.

I beat this quest around level 70. I was level 50 Range and beat him with ease. Just use Protect Prayer and your pretty much invincible to his attacks. Maybe you'll get hit once or twice but thats nothing to worry about.

So maybe just get 50 Range, 40 def, mage shortbow, blue d'hide, rune arrows and your all good.

I have the QP cape and i can't remember what range level I had but i think it was around 65-70 should be good and have a magic short bow with steel arrows. It should be good good enough to for you to finish him off in no time at all!

As the others have said 50 is adequete. But if you let the gnomes do all the work you could finish him off with lvl 40.

really it depends how much work you want to do 40 range and let the gnomes finish him and 60 you can do most of it your self....

You mean Protect from Mage?

As long as you have a good bow and very good arrows it will be easy at 55... i tried it it at 70 with the crystal.... it hardly hit
