For Range, Void + Range prayer + crossbow at the Avansies works well. I don't tend to bring armor and tank just due to the fact I want to hit a few and look away without any worrying about dying.

As for meele, stick with Slayer. If you are high enough, I could suggest more specific npcs but you're not that high. If you want the experience and don't mind hopping a LOT to find a world, Yaks are good experience. You could also try Dagannoths, or something else that tend to auto-attack. If you love not doing anything entertaining, you can do Pest Control as it is still decent experience if you're on a good world. Add in a good weapon and you'll get the experience from the points as well as the experience from in-game.

With bronze knives bandits are 45K xp/hour for range.

Compared to 40K xp/hour for yaks.

I think it's quite the opposite tbh

No, came out to 40k for me.

45K xp/hour on bandits is wearing:

Guthix coif
Guthix d'hide body
Rune legs
Granite shield
Guthix vambs
Accumulator
Snakeskin boots
Glory

Wearing the same thing on yaks but Guthix d'hide legs instead of rune and Guthix prayer book instead of granite shield.

It also really depends how many you get per minute. If you get 4 per minute, thats 800 xp per minute and times that by 60 equals 48,000. It is also better because they auto attack you. It is eaier because you don't need to pay much attention and you can get tonnes of xp. It has gotten me 12 defence levels in 8 days which is around 3m. I totaally recomend it.
