Yeah ie Should die ... but There are over 100 Billion computers running windows and I'm sure most of them are using ie... its a shame...

People download things multiple times (if they reformat their hard drive, or get a new computer). Also, many computer labs and offices choose to have Firefox on their computers. I don't see it as an inaccurate statistic.

Yeah, I've used Firefox 1, 2 and 3 now. It's great that the Spread Firefox campaign has been so successful but the new Internet Explorer, IE8 is apparently going to be much better. It's interesting to see what it will be like.

IE 8 is a big scam... They used tags so that the browser would pass the acid 2 test when really is doesn't... lame ....

Actually, IE8 will run in two modes. Non-standards mode, and standards mode. The web developer must put a meta tag in their page to tell IE which to use.

In a way it's better, in a way it's ****. Microsoft should be absolutely adopting web standards, not making their piece-of-crap browser switch between standards and non-standards.

Uh, it was directed at Gzpro, who claimed that 100 billion computers run on Windows.
