I'm level 67 agility and I'm wondering where to train? I usually frequent the wilderness arena, but, the last two times i have attempted to go train there i have been attacked by roving packs of revanent ghosts (these ghosts, in my opinion, are much more powerful and harder to escape than an old pker). I died both times and have been discouraged. So I'm wondering where to train? ANY hourly rates of xp at different courses will be greatly appreciated! Thanks Guys.

oh that sucks. stupid jagex.
Honestly if you want to train agility, try really hard to get there. It is worth it.

Well, bring food, turn auto retaliate off, and run! Otherwise, the cold war course gives 540xp per lap, can give 200-250k xp an hour if you pay attention.

I tried to get there again today I made it with about 20 hp left.. As soon as I got in I healed up and started running laps. About 15 min's into it a revenant vampire came over by the bottom of the icy path that you use to get up and would range me every time I would rune by... After a couple laps of of getting hit with mid 20's I switched worlds. After about 20 min's in on this world a revenant some how managed to come up the ramp and into the arena! Having a prayer pot or two and seeing that he was only lev 105 I furiously charged at him with my dds special. I managed to get him about 3/4 down but then he started to heal, he healed about 25/30 hp it seemed like each time I would get him down low.. I eventually died from this revanant.. And I'm disgusted that Jagex made them so powerful...

Well, you could try the Ape Atoll agility course... I heard it was slightly faster than the Wilderness Course anyway.

OR, there is always the Agility Arena, which I honestly hate from the bottom of my heart. Nothing more frustrating than falling when you're in a hurry to get a ticket lol.

Anyways, hope you find a nice way to train your agility up, because I might want to train it ,if I ever get my interest back in this game of course.

Yeh, the widerness arena can really suck now. The revenants are just too powerful.

The best option (and it was anyway) is the Ape atoll course. There you will get an average 35-40 k xp an hour as opposed to the 30-35k xp for the wilderness course. It's better after level 75 (so I'm told as I'm only 73) as you won't fail any of the obstacles at lvl 75. But I've done it from lvl 70 and very rarely fail now so you should find it fine.

Another alternative is the Dorgesh-kann course. It gets you about the same xp per hour as the wilderness course. But to be honest it's a lot more complex and I still fall a lot on this course.

200k-250k an hour?

That can't be true. Surely its more like 20-25k an hour :\

It must be a typo. As the most i get there is about 30-35k xp an hour. Wish it was 250k an hour though.

They're SUPPOSED to be hard! Jagex added them to replace the danger of pking. If they overpower you that quickly you obviously arn't prepared to take them on. Bring the right armour, the right inventory layout. I don't know what you should wear but I suggest dragonhide.

Ugh, bop is feeding me false info again, it seems like 250k xp per hpur though compared to the other courses. I think it was per day, not hour =P.
By the way colin, a lvl 7 imp hit a 23 on me... i don't think a regular lvl 7 pker could hit a 23... it was supposed to replace, not overpower.

Id recommend the Agil Arena in Brimhaven. I persoanlly hate it due to the fact that you have to rush to each ticket station, but its the fastest agil xp ive gotten. I trained my agil here for underground pass and regicide. Its very pain-staking and what not but it all pays off in the end.

I reccomend the werewolf course. It is still a bit slower then wildy, but you don't fail as much as Ape. You don't fail much, but when you do, it hits hard, so bring plenty of food.

Ape Atoll is the way to go until you get to 70, then I highly recommend the course in Dorgeshuun (sp?) under Lumbridge.
