Out of all of the dragon items which ones could i get without doing a quest.

You don't need to do quests for any armor type and you're only able to wear the dragon spear without quests.

Dragon SQ shield requires Legends I believe.

Dragon 2H
Dragon Spear

I think those are the only weapons not requiring a quest.

Dragon medium
Dragon full helm
Dragon chain
Dragon platelegs and skirt
Dragon spear
Dragon arrows and arrow head
shield left half (right half is bought from legends' guild)
Dragon two hander

All dragon items can not be used without doing a quest except the spear, medium (possibly full, also) helmet, chain body, 2 hander, the legs/skirt, and the arrows/darts/whatever else you throw.

these are the dragon items u can use without doing quest:
arrows/darts
d2h
d chain
d med
d legs/skirt
d spear
d axe
and d boots (correct me if i made a mistake)
