This is more like it. Anyone who likes epic (as the word originally means) RPG by Bioware, pick up Dragon Age Origins for 10 bucks, there is so much replayability. Crazy, but I've logged more hours on it than any other Steam game, 270 hours and counting.

Modern Warfare 2 for $20 isn't a bad deal.

Torchlight for $3 is really good, as is Tropico 3 for $3.74. Defense Grid Awakening is a great tower defense shooter, and for $2.49, you can't really go wrong.

And I'm picking up Assassin's Creed Brotherhood for $20. I've been waiting for it to go on sale! :P

July 4th Sales Happy Independence Day people in the US.

Homefront - $24.99
Fallout New Vegas (Franchise Sale) - $14.99
Mount & Blade: With Fire & Sword - $3.74
Serious Sam HD Gold Edition - $7.99
Doom 3 (Franchise Sale) - $6.24
RUSE (Franchise Sale) - $10.19
Bionic Commando (Franchise Sale) - $4.99
Alpha Protocol - $4.99
Singularity - $7.49
Bully: Scholarship Edition - $3.74
Frozen Synapse - $12.49
Trine - $1.99

I would recommend getting Fallout New Vegas, Frozen Synapse, Ruse and Homefront. The other games I don't really know much about.

And for the Camp Activites...

Spoiler for Camp activities for 4 July:

Mount & Blade: Warband
Lady Of The Lake - Give a male companion character a great sword

1... 2... 3... KICK IT! (Drop That Beat Like an Ugly Baby)
I Beat City 15 - Get 75%+ of the maximum score AND 50,000+ points with any song on City 15

Fortix 2
Harvester - Collect 50 sunflowers on Greemland or Classic levels

Homefront
Freedom - Complete chapter 2 in the Single Player Campaign

Trine
Summer Dip - Stay Underwater for 20 sec without taking damage

Serious Sam HD: The First Encounter
Swimming instructor - Drown an enemy

Say Cheese - Post a screenshot

Fortix 2 is only $4.99, but I don't really know much about the game. 1... 2... 3... KICK IT is $6.69 and is just like AaAaAA!!! but with some different levels and the fact that you can shots things down. Other than that most of these games are included in the daily sales. Again, Homefront is a good gamer to buy for the mutliplayer, the campaign was a little short, but the multiplayer is unique.

Ping is constantly at like 150 as well which doesn't seem good...but everyone else seems to be sitting at that as well. :s

At least you get to have a keyboard and mouse. And tiny screen? I have a 17" 1440x900 and I can snipe people with just ironsights.

They keyboard and mouse isn't really an issue. I can use a controller or a mouse no problem. I can switch between those on the fly but adjusting to a tiny screen from a massive screen...it's hard to do i find myself leaning forward and getting shot by guys that I'd normally see but cause it's smaller i sorta missed.

Weak day for sales, maybe it's because I have everything good that they're putting on sale? I dunno.

Left 4 Dead 2 (Franchise Sale) - $4.99
Arcania Gothic 4 (Franchise Sale) - $12.49
The Sims 3 (Franchise Sale) - $13.60

From today's sales, I recommend GTA4, Farcry 2, L4D2 and The Sims 3. All of them are Excellent games.

And for the Camp Activites...

Spoiler for Camp activities for 6 July:

Killing Floor
The Big Hunt - Kill a circus Scrake with a crossbow

Atom Zombie Smasher
Dog Days - Rescue at least 100 people in July

Left 4 Dead 2
Stream Crosser - Survive the Cold Stream campaign on any difficulty

RUSH

BIT.TRIP RUNNER
Roastin' yer Marshmallows - Bump into a fire in a Bonus Challenge

RUSH is only $1.24, which is an absolute steal for this game. Very fun puzzle game about moving blocks from Point A to Point B. The Spiral Knight Achievement is back because when they first put it in, it wasn't working, but I can confirm it works now, so go and download it (it's one of Steams 6 Free to Play Games). Guardian of Graxia is only $2.49, but I don't know much about the game. and BIT.TRIP RUNNER is $4.99. The only thing I can say about this game is that it is just like this game. Looks really cool is you're good with whatever keys to jump and duck are.

Lots of good games on sale for today, I'd say that the Mass Effect series is a must have, as well as the Total War games for RTS/turn based strat fans, and I know Fallout 3 is a great game as well.

You're better off getting the Valve Complete Pack for $50, which includes Portal 2 and all of Valve's other games.

Alright guys, so now that the sale is almost over, which games did you get?

Here's what I snagged:

Oblivion GOTY $6.80
AC Brotherhood $19.99
Fallout 3 GOTY $10.19
Fallout NV $14.99
Magicka Complete $8.49
Hitman Collection $7.48
Garry's Mod $2.49
Terraria $2.49
Dead Space 2 $14.99

Actually, that's fairly light for a Steam Sale for me. Not much to go overboard on when you've gotten lots of the games already XD It'll be a fun summer of playing games, that's for sure.

I ended up deciding to wait until Christmas for The Witcher 2 and Shogun Total War. I'm sure their prices will go down by then.

I bought Borderlands GOTY ($7.50) and that's it. I tried really hard not to buy anything because I already have so many games from previous sales that I don't have the time to play.

I'd like to get Fallout New Vegas but decided to wait for the GOTY edition with all the DLC. Same with Assassin's Creed and Prince of Persia, I'll wait for cheaper packs or a cheap Ubisoft collection.

Medal of Honor- $10.19 (Disappointment, but at least it was $10 and not $60)
Bioshock 2- $4.99
Super Meat Boy- $7.49 (Good Game)
Battlefield Bad Company 2: Vietnam- $5.10
Assassin's Creed Brotherhood Deluxe- $24.99 (Great Game)
Command and Conquer: Red Alert 3- $4.00
Command and Conquer: Red Alert 3: Uprising- $4.00
Command and Conquer: Tiberium Wars- $6.00
Command and Conquer: Kane's Wrath- $4.00
Command and Conquer 4: Tiberium Twilight- $4.00

Ya. I go for the popular games. There are a few things on my wishlist I could have got, but wasn't overly interested in. Anyways, I plan to play all these (one day :P). Good sale by Steam. At the moment, I'm caught up on all the game buying I wanted to do.
