Pi Day Ideas!

Okay guys I need some help. My math teacher celebrates Pi day (3/14) and is our only opportunity for extra credit. The assignment is to make something that resembles Pi or 3.1415... in some form.

For example last year I found a house near by with the address of 31415 and found a location that was 31.4 miles away and did a Google map of it. The year before I went to the store and spend $3.14 on something and gave it to my teacher along with the receipt.

The main thing to keep in mind is it MUST be original. i.e baking a pie and bringing it in is nothing special.

i'm trying to stay away from food.

What can you come up with?

bring in the star wars movie episode 3, 1 and 4.

bring in a bag full of used plastic bottles that would equal $3.10 and bring in 4 pennies

If you're not a closet RuneScaper, fill up your bank with a row of items that match 3.14159265 in item count, take a screenshot, and show it to your teacher. Why not?

take photographs of everyday things that look like the numbers you need (i.e. a section of railing that might look like a '3'). You could also bring in a puzzle with 314 pieces. And if that doesn't tickle your teacher's fancy you could give 'em a rubik's cube and a hershey kiss and say "Here. You figure it out."
