If anyone saw the graph and formula posted on the dev blog, and calculated in detail by buying lots of stuff for a certain level, then unfortunatly you will not reach that level, due to a maths error in the jagex office. I was one of the people who realised this when i noticed, that after the first 15 minute change, it always went in the sequence of going down by 0.2x every 45minutes, i then caluculated it would only take 5:31minutes for it to fall to 1.1x. I reported this to jagex with a rant forum (that is not hidden) and a jagex mod replied appologising. He updated the dev blog, deleted the graph and made a new thread (

What are everyones thoughts on this personally I am annoyed by this because I know alot of friends that spent time calculating how many items they need to but for a certain level, and also quite miffed that they are giving us less xp than they promissed.

I got 1.1x at 7:03pm 2mins after the minimum time to get 1.1x
EDIT EDIT: I also realised that I dont normally count Friday as the weekend since it was an inset day, so basically i used my double xp up before the weekend, so ironically I dont have a double xp weekend, only a 1.1x or 10% extra xp weekend
