Most Useless skill

What do you think is the most useless skill and why? I think Firemaking is very useless because all you can do with it is cook things on it and ranges are better than open fires so not a lot of people use them anyways.

Probably firemaking. I still love the skill, but it is pretty pointless. Can't think of any other skills that are as boring or unuseful. :roll:

Going to go with firemaking as well. I still think they need an update to where you are able to make fireworks or something like that. I thought that open fires had a less burn rate than ranges did though.

Firemaking is quite useless I admit :oops:

I think the most useless skill however would be thieving. I don't really see much of a point coming from thieving. I go through 95% of my Runescape sessions without ever even thinking about thieving. I really don't see much purpose from this skill other then the few quest references and getting a whopping 40 gp from thieving a guard.

Uh the most useless skill would be firemaking. All u do is burn logs and once u can burn magic there is no real point to continue. Some say fletching. But atleast u can make arrows with that skill and use the arrows for something.

It is 30gp for guards :mrgreen:

anyways, yes Firemaking is the most useless.. and I only trained it to get my cooking cape trimmed since I do like cooking.
I don't know what Jagex was thinking when they made that skill...

They must have been out of time and was lazy to come up with a boring skill where all you do is burn logs.. lol

I could sit down and come up with a better , more fun, more useful skill then firemaking.

I think that FM is the only really overly useless skill. Thieving is pretty useless too.

why could jagex just have made mellee as a skill not all three

Fletching brought us metal crossbows magic longbows and other useful stuff for ranged.

This is really incontrovertible - almost everyone can agree it's firemaking. Ultimately, there really isn't any point to it at all, Jagex should update it to make it more useful.

I'm sorta leaning towards Slayer. I'd have to say it's somewhat of a leech off the combat skills.

I think it's somewhat of a "side quest" for combat, if you will....

Slayer is most useless i think

Because you just need higher level to kill monsters and there is no point in it really
