When you paste the picture into paint the default size is usually bigger than your image, go the bottom right corner after you paste it in and drag the sides to the edges of the picture
or just paste it into an image after setting the attributes to 10x10 pixels. that way it'll only stretch out enough to hold what your copying into it.
