i used to have a cropping problem (now i try to hide it) i suggest Windows Live Photo Gallery. ITs Da Best! Unless on vista, you have windows photo gallery. the pic is cool though...
Or you could stick with Paint. Just drag that corner up to where your photo stops to get rid of the non-picture area ;D
