Happens to me too all the time. I think it's a log of FireFox crashing. Someone correct me if I'm wrong though.

actually, I'm pretty sure it has something to do with the update...when I download the update and delete it, sometimes i come back later and another empty copy of the update is there and that

Yeah a programme of some sort has crashed. Its a log of the crash, can be safely deleted

Happens in IE for me, also, it appears in the Swiftkit folder when I'm using that, so I'm guessing it's a Runescape error.
