LOL I get an email from Blizzard (the makers of World of Warcraft) stating that I was going to Trade/Sell my account. Guess what... I don't have an WOW account.

Sure it wasn't phishing?
Check.
Yeah sounds like a phish in the water
Here is the email from the message: wowaccountadmin@blizzard.com
Here is the email for their account management: wowaccountadmin@blizzard.com
Sounds legit, did they send you any links?
Nope. They ask me to send:
First and Surname
Date of birth
Address
Zip code
Phone number
Country
Account e-mail
Account name
Account password
Secret Question and Answer
OR
WOW CD-KEY
in a reply.
Post a picture of the actual email you received, but obviously dont post any personal details or anything of the like,
If it was in hotmail or windows live mail, report it to microsoft.
That's how half of the hotmail phishing scams this week were prevented.
I got it, reported it, didn't affect me =D
I might not nessecarily be a phishing scam though, the email address sounds pretty legitimate, it seems to me that they have found you guilty of allegedly trying to sell your account
Also, when you said you don't have a wow account, does that mean that you can't log in any more, or you actually don't play the game lol. Because if you don;t play, then its a phish
just post the copy anyways... many of us have seen them... paypal is common for peope to try a phishing scam. fact, i almost fell for it once.
I don't have an account. I never played the game.
Message is in my last post.
