my brother is gonna get ancients he says, so if i have protect from mage, can he still hit me with ancients, or does it protect from magic? or what would it do?

I believe Protect from magic reduces the effect by 1/2, and reduces damage by 40%. You still get hit, but not as badly.
you should tear right through his mage armour with ur range, anyway.
with barrage, the freeze time isn't reduced like it is with normal magic.
well he has 66 mage, so what will it do? and no he is not mean, he is annoying, and he is a mage.
The freeze time with all ancient spells are reduced. At least, it does for me.
