buy 99 smithing when gold ore goes down lower
what do you want to train?
If you want to train combat, Bandos, and get a rune defender.
Get a dfs with dragon plate and legs. Everything else is fine

Bandos armour is awesome, no boots though. Or if you want you could buy out a high prayer level =D
If you plan on slaying just use bandos, a whip and a defender. In terms of efficiency it is the best outfit (whip is better than godsword).
