you should read that as "the best equipment".
zammy spear full bandos with the best spirit shield
sara sword. armadyl/karil fury firecape d boots dwarfen helmet
olly summed it up for the most part other weapons to use in place of the sara sword would be zammy spear, or sara godsword.
mostly your after crush attacks and magic defense.
dwarven helmet? Is that the one from that quest near the mind altar?
dwarven helmet uhm.. grim tales i think.. not sure you start the quest by traverley house portal.
yes it involves that tower near the mind altar. if u lost the helm the tower is where u want to go for the npc to replace it.
