Not sure how my gear is. Trying to get str up. Gunna sell the whip. Should I mess around with barb assault and get the Fighter torso or do something else. Got about 7 mil to spend on body.

Sell whip and buy a dragon scimitar. If you have enough for a amulet of fury, buy it. But replace that amulet of strength with a glory at least.
Also what's up with the shield?
Red gloves? get a combat brace , or regan , or best rfd gloves you can get.
I have about 7 mil total to spend. And I was just at green dragons, prolly buy obby shield in a sec.
7m total to spend as that is how much cash you have right now? or is that 7m if you sell everything?

D scim obviously. Torso is a decent choice, but a Barrows top and bottom are best. Rune defender is better than an obby shield if you have decent defence. Glory/Fury>Strength ammy.
Neitiznot helmet is great, replace the gloves with a regen brace, combat brace, or RFD gloves. And get a Wealth or warrior/zerker ring. Your choice on the ring, I always used Zerker.
