NOTE: Before all of you correct me, I plan on spending my WGS experience on Smithing once I get 65 to get 69.

I think you can use Dwarven Stout for the part of Devious Minds that requires 65 Smithing, so you could potentially do that quest in 2 levels (with a mature)
