HELP! My ipod keeps crashing everytime i try to open an app. Clicked on a random app and it loads then back to main menu. Help please?

The iPod has low memory? Turn it off/on. If not, attach to iTunes and restore it.
Tried turning it off and on several times but still fails. Hmm iTunes to restore it, let's see...
have you just Sync'd it beacuse mine did this and i lost all my apps, but i got them back. I dont know what i did :L
It auto syncs everytime I attach it to itunes, so i dunno. Restoring it atm, loading slooow, estimate about 75 minutes until it finishes. Any ideas on how to make it faster?
If the included USB cable is damaged in any way it will slow the process down/stop completely. 75 minutes may mean that you need to also download the software to restore it?
There is a button on itunes where it tells you how much space on ipod.. About syncing it when you plug it in. Not sure how to make it faster sorry.
@Tal : Yes I need to download it first, haven't done it before. I don't think the USB is damaged yet, bought it at mid July.
Ryk, it says I have 7GB left on it, so that's still pretty much.
Also the app may be bugged, unless its every app, you didn't specify.
Its almost every app except the defaults ones. Only safari, youtube, settings, calendar, mail, weather, calc, notes, clock etc work.
Also maybe I should logoff runescape and close any extra browsers to make the download faster?
