To protect the younger users that play they restrict the "advertising" of websites by posting the URL or telling someone to go to it.

Well people are stupid and report one another. They use to think it was me but since I'm not allowed in there anymore this helps prove it's not.

You censor evaded, asked for personal details, and advertised a website. It's understandable you'd be upset, but it was sorta deserved (even though it was a joke).

a) a person who doesn't like you
b) wannabe mod
c) goody two shoes
d) someone who likes to see people muted

thats my point but. jagex should warn players to not report for jokes not directed towards them..... i was directing towards josec... and i dont think he reported me.

Yeah right, I got muted for 2.5 years for a joke and you don't see me complaining. The fact that people report is something you need to think about. It makes you think about what you are saying :)

That's entirely your own fault. As a general rule, don't say/do ANYTHING that ANYONE could report you for; or don't complain.
