getting that virus has taught me a lesson i have 7 anti-viruses now ;) and i backed up everything and got a few copies of xp and 7, dang 7 is gonna be a pain to reinstall -.- pssh 7 is my lucky num 2.

You shouldn't have that many antiviruses, you only need one, as many of them clash with each other.
I suggest you get an anti virus programme, a malware programme, a spyware programme & a good firewa
Vista's HARD. 7 is easy-peasy.
Also, if you are using Firefox I suggest you get the 'Noscript' addon for optimal security
yep i got that rich not really 7 only 2 and all that other crap these 2 don't clash, guy i know at microsoft recommended this ;)
7 Programmes is extremely excessive. You sure he's from microsoft? I would say he's a sunday computer user really.
