whats a good way to get smithing up from 57 to 73? and roughly how much would it cost?

Mining all the ores is free, smithing steel plates makes best use of coal (more exp/coal). Costs a lot more buying everything, some use forge rings and make iron plates. Superheat is relatively cheap.
