need advice for rc..... im 40 rc so should i stay at zmi or do fires and what should i do at 44? nats or zmi?

zmi? bad idea. do fires till 44 then do natures.
If you know you are getting 91 for sure, the most efficient way to do it is to go to the ZMI altar from 75-91. If you just want to do it for a while to make money, I will recommend:
44-54: Natures via abyss
54-59: Laws via balloon
59-65: 2x Cosmics via abyss
65-82: Deaths via abyss
82-91: 2x Astrals via Moonclan teleport
91+: 2x Natures via Spirit Graahk.

It's just outside the castle wars bank, and it takes you to Entrana (near law altar). Completion of Enlightened Journey is required. As for getting 40-44 do fire runes, using the duel ring to bank.

You could continue with double cosmics to 77, then do bloods. Howcome you dont want to do deaths?
because i am to lazy to do mournings end part 2....
By the time you are at that runecrafting level you probably would be higher leveled and have most of those quests done =p

Ya...You will need to do Legacy of Seergaze also if you want to make bloods
